An open & safe space to show up & set an intention for your writing

The Scribblers Community Writers Session is a high-energy, welcoming space for writers of every level, from first timers to seasoned creatives. Show up exactly as you are, spark your ideas into motion, and leave with fresh words on the page that weren’t there before.

This focused accountability hour is all about momentum. Set an intention, dive into planning, writing, editing, or journaling, and let the collective energy keep you moving forward. If you choose, you can share what you’ve created at the end of the session in a supportive, open, and judgment-free community.

Mel Sevinc is a London-based writer behind the Scribbles project. With a passion for storytelling, a Bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing, and over 15 years of teaching experience, Mel embodies the belief that every writer begins their journey from a humble origin. With each small yet courageous step, every word scribbled transforms the blank page into something meaningful. Alongside working on her debut novel, Mel has been running writing workshops that nurture writers of all abilities, creating a space where stories can flourish. She also curates the More Than a Bundle Project, a body of work exhibited at Hackney Museum, and has delivered a number of thought-provoking talks inspired by the project.
