Welcome to ‘Quit Playing Games’, our new laid back dating night for anyone who wants to get back to basics and make connections irl.

Our stylish new games hall and bar Flukes opened last month complete with playful activities like darts, shuffleboard, pool, and for later in the night when things get looser – karaoke, if you like. With delicious cocktails and drinks to give you the courage to talk to your crush, and an inclusive and laid-back atmosphere, everyone is welcome and there’s no pressure to do anything other than be yourself and have fun.

Come for the games, stay for the chemistry. Because either way, everyone gets lucky at Flukes.

For the first event, tickets are just £10 for entry and unlimited game play across darts, pool, shuffleboard and karaoke.

Can I come on my own?
Of course! The space will be laid back and welcoming. We imagine many people will come alone so you’ll be in good company.  

Is the event open to specific genders or sexualities?
This event is open to people of all sexualities and genders, but we can’t guarantee who will attend on the night.

Do you have an age range?
We’re expecting an age range of mid 20s to early 40s, but we can’t guarantee who will attend on the night as we’re open to all.

Will the event be facilitated and hosted?
No forced fun, we won’t make you do activities – don’t worry! But there will be hosts on the night if you want a friendly face to chat to.

Can you bring dogs?
Whilst normally a cute accessory for a date, dogs aren’t allowed in Flukes.
