Join Jig and a Swig to celebrate St Patrick's Day with an all-abilities, beginner-friendly Irish dancing taster session! ๐ŸŽ‰

This is a 'just for the craic' session, where you'll be guided through the basic footwork of Irish step dancing by Jig and a Swig's professional teaching team, before having a go at some group ceili, partner dances and a bit of Riverdance together ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™‚๏ธ

You'll come away with some fancy footwork and a newfound knowledge about the role of dancing in Irish society and the unique history of Irish dancing in London itself ๐ŸŽ‰

The session will be followed by a St Patrick's Day performance from our community of adult Irish dancers: enjoy some jigs and reels from 120 Irish dancers from total beginners to Riverdance pros! โ˜˜๏ธ

Absolutely everyone is welcome and zero experience is needed. Those with two-left feet are actively encouraged!

Come along solo or with some friends, wear some flat shoes and clothes you can move comfortably in. Don't forget a well-deserved swig after to celebrate. Slรกinte!
