STUDIO OFFICES
For those who want a private office space we have three self-contained studio offices for hire. Each office is a spacious 19.7sqm / 212sqft, suitable for up to six desks. Offices come unfurnished with the potential to come partly furnished on request. £900 ex-VAT per calendar month, minimum hire of six months. Alternatively the whole of the top floor can be rented out in an open plan configuration for £3,700 ex-VAT per calendar month which includes all business rates and utilities.
